Practicing Presence: Establishing A Supportive Meditation Practice
In this online workshop attendees will be guided and introduced to three types of meditation: Insight, Lovingkindness, and Yoga Nidra. All of which have been known to increase mindfulness, productivity, compassion, and reduce anxiety. The workshop includes time for Q&A focused on tips and tricks to establish a daily meditation practice.
Cultivating Curiosity: Harnessing The Power of Self Inquiry
In this online workshop attendees will explore harnessing the power of self-inquiry through journaling. Team members will be given prompts inviting exploration on the multitudes of life such as joy, anger, and gratitude with the goal to affirm each person’s experience and use their writing to create a deeper sense of integration and awareness with the understanding that we can’t heal what we don’t see. The workshop includes time for Q&A focused on tips and tricks used to establish and maintain a daily journaling practice.
Creative Power Hour
In this online workshop team members will be guided through a gentle meditation and then provided with a safe judgement free space to play, experiment, and create. Each Power Hour has its own theme. Prompts are created from that theme and offered to attendees to use in any way they like, to create whatever they choose. This workshop is an excellent way to provide employees with a well deserved break full of creativity and play. While also boosting self confidence and decision making skills.
